Application for Rent
We are looking to rent to applicants whose credit score is at 650 or above and have a stable, verifiable gross income of at least three times the rent of the place they’re applying for, and can provide excellent references. Note It is unlikely that we will place an applicant with a credit score below 650. A score below 600 will not be considered.
